Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to build your plan and journal, deliver what you buy, and stay in touch if you ask us to. We never sell your information.

She's Unscripted LLC ("She's Unscripted," "we," "us") runs shesunscripted.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, who helps us handle it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

Account details. Your name, email address and password when you create a free account. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name and email with us; we never see your Google password.
Quiz answers. What you tell us in the Weekend Sprint and 30-Day Roadmap quizzes, including the goal you choose.
What you type to the Coach. Your written answers and anything else you type in the quiz chat.
Email choices. Whether you ticked "Send me occasional emails," and when and where you did it.
Purchases. What you bought, the price, the date and the email address used. Your card details go straight to our payment provider, Payments by Wix. We never see or store your full card number.
Gifts. If you send a gift: your name and email, the recipient's name, her email (if you choose email delivery), your note and the delivery date.
Stories. If you submit a story to The Chronicles: the title and text, the name you give, your age (optional), your email and whether you'd like emails from us.
Messages. Anything you write to us at hello@shesunscripted.com.

Information collected automatically

Your plan and progress. The plan and journal we create from your answers, the steps you mark done and any reflections you save.
How the site is used. Our website platform, Base44, records basic activity such as visits, sign-ins and how long a visit lasts. We also note a few actions, such as when a preview is viewed, the Unlock button is tapped or a journal is downloaded. We use this to understand what's working and improve the site.
Technical details. Like any website, our servers and the services that load parts of our pages (such as fonts and social media images) receive your IP address and basic browser and device information.
Browser storage. We use your browser's storage to keep you signed in and to remember a couple of small choices. We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. The checkout page is run by Wix and may use its own cookies; see Wix's privacy policy.

How we use your information

To create and run your account.
To read your quiz answers and build your plan and personalized journal.
To run the She's Unscripted Coach.
To take payment and deliver what you bought, including downloads and gifts.
To send receipts, download links, gift emails and other messages about your account or purchase. These aren't marketing, so you'll get them even if you unsubscribe from marketing.
To send occasional emails about She's Unscripted, only if you ticked the box to receive them.
To answer your questions and help with any problem.
To improve the site, keep it secure and prevent misuse.
To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

The She's Unscripted Coach and AI

The Coach uses artificial intelligence. When you take a quiz, your answers and what you type are sent to the AI service our website platform (Base44) provides, which may be run by Anthropic, Google or OpenAI. The AI uses them to write the Coach's replies, suggest your goal and draft your plan and journal. What it writes is saved to your account so you can come back to it.

Please know:

Training. Under Base44's current terms for our plan, information processed through Base44, including your answers, may be used to train AI models. We can't switch this off today. If that changes, we'll update this policy.
Retention by AI providers. We don't control how long Base44 or its AI providers keep the information they process. Their own policies apply.
Your choice. Share only what you're comfortable with. Please don't include medical details, financial account numbers, or private information about other people.
Safety. If something you type suggests you may be in crisis, the Coach pauses and shows crisis resources instead of continuing.
Not a professional. The Coach isn't a therapist, mental health service, doctor, financial advisor, lawyer or emergency service.

You can ask us to delete your quiz answers and the plans and journals made from them (see "Your choices" below).

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that help us run She's Unscripted, and only what each one needs:

Base44: hosts the website, stores your account, answers, plans and purchase records, sends our emails (through its email provider, SendGrid) and runs the Coach's AI.
AI providers used by Base44 (Anthropic, Google or OpenAI): process quiz and Coach text to generate responses.
Payments by Wix: processes payments on its secure checkout page.
Google: our business email (Google Workspace), Google sign-in if you choose it, and the fonts our pages load.
Instagram and TikTok: our home page shows our latest public posts; the images load from their servers.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety. We never sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with advertisers.

Base44 stores data on servers in the United States. If you visit from outside the US, your information is handled in the US.

Your choices

Unsubscribe anytime. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You'll still get receipts, gift emails and anything you specifically asked for.
See, correct or delete your information. Write to hello@shesunscripted.com from the email address on your account and tell us what you'd like. We'll respond within 30 days.
Deleting your account. We'll delete your account, quiz answers, Coach text, plans and saved journals. Please download any journals you want to keep first. We keep purchase records that tax and accounting rules require, and we can't recall information already processed by Base44 or its AI providers under their own policies.
Stories. We publish a story only after we review it, and only on our website. Ask us anytime to take yours down.

How long we keep information

Account, quiz answers, Coach text, plans and journals: while your account is open, or until you ask us to delete them.
Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting rules require, even after an account is deleted.
Gift details: for the life of the gift and as part of the purchase record afterward.
Email list: until you ask to be removed. If you unsubscribe, we keep your email on a do-not-email list so we honor your choice.
Stories: while published, or until you ask us to remove them.
Usage records: kept by Base44 under its own policies.

Keeping it safe

We use reasonable safeguards for a business our size: secure, encrypted connections to the site, a reputable hosting platform, and access rules so that only the business owner can see customer information. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we'll notify you as the law requires.

Adults only

She's Unscripted is made for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, write to us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For important changes, we'll also email account holders before the change takes effect.
