By using shesunscripted.com or buying from us, you agree to these terms. They're written to be read, so please do. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

What we offer

• Free: articles and resources, the What's Next? workbook (by email), the Weekend Sprint quiz, the 30-Day Roadmap quiz, a preview of your plan, and The Chronicles.
• Paid: printable digital journals and planners, some personalized from your quiz answers, bundles, and the Next Chapter Gift Set.

The quizzes and your saved plan need a free account. Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older to create an account or buy from us.
• Please use your real name and email address, and keep your sign-in to yourself. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• Accounts are for one person. Please don't share yours.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, misuses the site or puts others at risk. If that happens, we'll tell you why when we can.
• You can ask us to close your account anytime. Please download your journals first; once an account is closed, its journals can't be downloaded again.

The Coach and AI-generated content

The She's Unscripted Coach uses artificial intelligence to respond to your answers and draft your plan and journal. Please keep in mind:

• AI can make mistakes. Its suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate or not right for you.
• The Coach and our journals are for personal goal exploration. They're informational, and results aren't guaranteed.
• The Coach isn't therapy, medical care or diagnosis, legal advice or individualized financial advice, and it isn't a substitute for a qualified professional.
• You decide what to act on. Please use your own judgment and talk to a professional when a decision calls for one.
• If you're in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (in the US) or contact local emergency services right away. The Coach is not an emergency service.

Digital products and refunds

Our journals are digital, delivered right away, and many are built from your own answers. Because of that, digital purchases are generally final once delivered or accessed. This doesn't limit any refund rights you have under the law.

We'll always make it right if:

• You were charged twice for the same purchase. We'll refund the extra charge.
• Your purchase didn't arrive, or a download won't open or is faulty and we can't fix it. We'll fix it, send a working copy or refund you.

Write to hello@shesunscripted.com within 30 days of your purchase, with the email address you used. We'll reply within a few business days.

Gifts

The Next Chapter Gift Set is a gifted digital product: two personalized journals and a planner the recipient unlocks by opening her gift. It isn't a gift card, cash balance or store credit, and it can't be exchanged for cash.

• She can open her gift from the delivery date on.
• Once she opens it, her journals and planner are hers to keep, under the same terms as any purchase.
• Gift purchases are final, like any digital purchase, except where the law requires otherwise.
• If she has trouble opening it, write to us and we'll help.
• Please check her name and email before paying. We can't change them once the gift is on its way.

Our content and your license

The site and everything we create for it, including our writing, prompts, journal and planner designs, templates, workbooks, logo and brand, belong to She's Unscripted.

When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable license to download and print it for your own use. Please don't copy, resell, share or post the files for others.

Your content

Your quiz answers, reflections and stories are yours. We use them only to provide our services, as our Privacy Policy explains. Your personalized journal combines our templates and prompts with text drafted by AI from your answers. You're free to keep, print and use it for yourself.

Stories you share with The Chronicles

• You keep ownership of your story.
• By submitting it, you confirm it's yours to share, and you give us permission to review it, lightly edit it for length, clarity and formatting, and publish it on shesunscripted.com.
• We review every story before it appears. We may decline or remove any story.
• Please don't include private details about other people (like full names or health information) without their permission.
• We publish stories only on shesunscripted.com. We never use them on social media, in newsletters or in ads.
• Ask us anytime and we'll take your story down.

Links to other sites

We link to outside resources, such as health, money, travel and learning organizations. They're run independently. We don't control their content, prices, policies or privacy practices, and a link isn't an endorsement unless we say so. Please check their own terms. If we ever earn a commission from a link on our site, we'll say so next to it.

Please be kind

Don't use the site to break the law, harass anyone, post anything harmful, or try to disrupt, copy or misuse how it works.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep the site running and our products useful, but we can't promise the site will always be available or error-free, or that you'll reach a particular result. We provide the site and products "as is," subject to any warranties and rights the law gives you that can't be waived.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim related to the site or a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

If something goes wrong

Please write to us first at hello@shesunscripted.com. Most problems can be solved quickly, and we'll try in good faith to resolve yours within 30 days. If we can't, either of us may take the matter to the state or federal courts in New York, or to small claims court where you live if it qualifies.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top, and for important changes we'll email account holders first. These terms are governed by the laws of New York State.
